Such a kind and pleasant person answering the phones - I’d made a mistake on the deliv info, but the shop relieved my worries and set everything right. When the roses were delivered to our daughter for her bday, it was BY FAR the most exquisite and gorgeous arrangement. She was so happy and said the delivery woman (possibly same person who took my call) was very thoughtful and kind. What a lovely shop! I’ll continue to call on them for any and all floral gifts for our family in VA. Extremely pleased in our choice to go with Fox Hill.
